Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Full Time until April 2013 / After April 2013 hours will vary from 20 hours a week to 40 hours a week depending on work load.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Managing Front Desk – phones, greeting clients, sorting mail, scanning, filing, supply maintenance
- Scheduling client appointments
- Monthly Billing of accounts receivable
- Bank Deposits
- Posting and bank reconciliation of clients books in QuickBooks
- Payroll using QuickBooks
- Processing Tax Returns using Lacerte program (Experience not necessary- training available)
Requirements:
- Client confidentiality High Priority
- A moderate to high level of understanding of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express
- Able to multitask with constant interruptions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
