Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

Full Time until April 2013 / After April 2013 hours will vary from 20 hours a week to 40 hours a week depending on work load.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Managing Front Desk – phones, greeting clients, sorting mail, scanning, filing, supply maintenance
  • Scheduling client appointments
  • Monthly Billing of accounts receivable
  • Bank Deposits
  • Posting and bank reconciliation of clients books in QuickBooks
  • Payroll using QuickBooks
  • Processing Tax Returns using Lacerte program (Experience not necessary- training available)

Requirements:

  • Client confidentiality High Priority
  • A moderate to high level of understanding of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express
  • Able to multitask with constant interruptions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
