Cancellation of Website Security and Support Services
If the Client would like to maintain their website, that’s no problem. The client is provided all the account details and information necessary to access domain, hosting, and WP Dashboard. There are NO REFUNDS on any security and/or support agreements or contracts.

Payment Means
Unless otherwise stated, a 50% down-payment is due upon signing a contract, and all remaining sums due prior to final delivery to the Client and the two (2) hour Introductory Level WordPress instruction, or the website  has been constructed according to the estimate’s original written specifications, whichever first occurs.

Barbara Rowen and Virtually Everything accept payments via personal or business checks, money orders, credit cards and PayPal. Credit Card payments are accepted via PayPal and you don’t have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.

ETD & Rush Delivery

An estimated time completion on your project is 30-40 business days from the date of contract and  payment made (this excludes weekends and US holidays). Payments are accepted online via PayPal – you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to pay via credit card. We also provide billing via email, or US Mail if you prefer. (Note: project payments exceeding $1,000.00 are subject to a 3% processing fee for online payment – if you’d rather avoid the processing fee; payments are always accepted via US Mail by method of business check, bank draft or money order).

30-40 business days is a rough estimation on the time frame; depending on delivery of Client’s content, delivery of products/services from outside vendors, the complexity of your individual request, the project may take a bit longer. We will give you an estimated completion time on your project at the time of contract. We strive to accomplish it sooner than that, however we do have a very active queue of work,  and once payment is made, your project is placed in that queue for completion. Our payment terms are typically 50% up front, upon execution of our agreement, with the remaining 50% due at time of WordPress training or prior to launch of your new web site on your domain.

Due to the current demand for our services, we will not consider any “Rush” project without a 45% markup on the original design fees. This increase in fees makes up for the overtime required in order to complete a “Rush” project in the time frame you require.

Outside Vendors
Clients are responsible for paying all of the web hosting, domain name registration, SSL license and merchant account fees.

Hourly rates
All hands-on web development (design, development, email account setup, etc), as well as any face-to-face consultations, and training sessions are billable at $75/hr. Barbara Rowen and Virtually Everything are glad to meet with clients within the Treasure Valley of Idaho and Oregon area, however Barbara Rowen and Virtually Everything do charge for travel time exceeding 15 miles/20 minutes one-way.

Revised Policies effective January 21, 2011.
